                 In present report novel three-component one-pot reaction oxazine were prepared from starting materials benzaldehyde,phenyl acetylene and urea  in presence of trifluro acetic acid and solvent ethyl alcohol. The resulting compound 4,6-diphenyl-4H-1,3-oxazin-2-amine (1) was further reacted with 2-bis(methylthio) methylene  malononitrile in the presence of catalytic amount of potassium carbonate in DMF under reflux condition that offered novel 6-imino-8-(methylthio) 2,4 diphenyl 4,6,9,9a tetrahydropyrimido[2,1 b][1,3]oxazine 7 carbonitrile (2) The synthesized compounds were characterized by spectral methods.The compound (2) possesses replaceable methylthio (-SCH3) group at 8 position. The compound (2) react with various nucleophiles like substituted aromatic amines, aromatic phenols, hetryl amines and active methylene compounds to give 6-imino-8-(methylthio)-2,4-diphenyl-4,6,9,9a-tetrahydropyrimido[2,1-b][1,3]oxazine-7-carbonitrile in good yields.
