"The Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) defines a disabled person as someone who has a physical or mental impairment that has a substantial and long-term adverse effect on his or her ability to carry out normal day-to-day activities." It has an effect on his or her personal and social life. People with disabilities have the same health needs as non-disabled people. They also may experience narrower margin of health due to poverty, social exclusion or any other reasons. They also need assistance from the part of the other people in the society to lead a healthy and happy life. Some need more help while some others depend less, depending on their mental and physical capacity. I took personal interest to visit the schools of the physically and mentally challenged. I have a special taste and desire to work among these disabled children while I consider the important areas of my social work  and thus giving preference in this particular area. Well, keeping this intention in mind as a foundation, I have taken this topic for my presentation, which I believe you too would be interested. I believe in the possible of the impossible. It is scientifically proved that physical activities and sports can do wonders in the life of a disabled. It can change their life and take to success.
